This 13th Article of Amendments was duly Ratified by Virginia general publication in 1819 as such is qualified under US Const. art. IV § 1, and as such was duly given "Full Faith and Credit" by successive State publication as is shown all the way up passed the mid-1800's and has never been repealed making it the SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND!

The return of the intent of the original 13th Amendment would be a real 'fix' for our country. ALL the lawmakers, elected officials, including judges and prosecutors, would have to go. Anyone who takes an oath to any foreign entity should have no power over the rest of us.
