The West is not Ken Salazar's private property. Give the horses and burros their lives back. Send Salazar back to his ranch ... better yet, indict him for animal cruelty.

The DOI oversees the administration of the US Forest Service as well as The National Park Service as well, so it only makes sense that these lands be included for wild horse (and burro) protection under the 1971 Act. Its not like conflicting jurisdictions or anything like that as the DOI oversees them all.

It's 2010 and it's time to do right by these animals by passing meaningful regulations/legislation. It's time to protect these animals from ruthless, cruel kill buyers. There are millions of people now watching this issue. We want change to the legislation...now.
