We the people of the United States of America demand that you vote NO on the pending Cap and Trade Legislation.

Cap and trade is simply taxing the energy consumption of the American people. Passing this tax will in the president's own words, "substantially increase utility bills for all Americans." We are experiencing the worst economic times since the great depression -- it is insane to attempt to bury the American Taxpayer with this and other vague taxes.

Global warming is the biggest scam perpetuated upon the American people and it only serves to line the pockets of politicians, lobbyists, and people like Al Gore. There are just as many scientist who denounce global warming as those who proclaim it to be true. Either way, our planet has been going through cycles of cooling and warming since the beginning of time! Do not use a natural process as another reason to pillage the taxpayer's pocket!

This tax is just another unnecessary burden on the back of the American Taxpayer and will discourage innovation and small businesses by making it impossible to comply with these types of laws with unreasonable costs of operate and absolutely no chance of making a profit.

Is it this administrations mission to ensure that every single American is 100% dependent on the federal government for it's very existence? Is the government prepared to provide electricity, water, food, clothing, and shelter for every single American? It simply is not possible -- so get out of the way and stop putting road blocks in the way of the entrepreneurial spirit!

VOTE NO on cap-and-trade and any other energy tax that this administration attempts to sneak past the American people.		Tell Congress to VOTE NO on Cap and TRADE!

    I know that my letter won't make a difference to all of you in Washington because you are hell bent on putting it to the American people. Everything that you vote on, the American people have to give more and more of their hard earned $$$ because you vote, because of your party, not in the best intrest of the ones thst voted you in office. Just remember, you can loose the next election.
