HR 3395: The Health Freedom Act

I’m writing to urge you to support HR 3395, the Health Freedom Act. Currently, the FDA prohibits an statement concerning the influence of any nutrient on any medical condition. This not only creates a monopoly for pharmaceuticals, it also keeps beneficial information from the public.

The Health Freedom Act prevents the FDA from doing this. However, the act still allows the FDA to prosecute advertisers who knowingly provide false information. This approach is not only fair, it’s constitutional.

Take this opportunity to protect the First Amendment while making America healthy. I support HR 3395, and I hope you will too.
