Contact your representative to cosponsor and support H.R. 1229, the National Language Act of 2009

Dear Representative:

With eighty-four percent (84%) of Americans saying English should be the official language of the United States (May 14th Rasmussan Poll), I think the time to push a national language bill is now.

For more than two centuries, the English language has been the glue that has held our nation together and has allowed people from all over the world to work together, in peace and harmony, united by a common language.

If you care about things like national unity and equal opportunity, then you should become a cosponsor and active supporter of H.R. 1229, the National Language Act of 2009. I look forward to seeing your name on the list of cosponsors.
