I obtained a mortgage with Chase Home Finance, LLC. on May, 2006. In addition to my scheduled monthly installment, I usually send in an additional payment in the middle of the month in hopes of lowering the interest and repaying the loan faster, all of which is permitted under my contract with Chase. Instead of applying the additional payment to the principal on my account immediately upon receipt, Chase places these funds on a “suspense account” which is only disbursed on the date that the following month’s scheduled payment is received. This payment is not applied retroactively, thus, the interest on the loan has only been reduced by approximately $29.00.I have attempted many times to resolve this problem directly with Chase to no avail. The explanations I have received (from “the system does not have the capability to post additional payments” to “additional payments amounting to less than the stipulated monthly payment are held awaiting receipt of the remainder balance” and further instructions to “send all the money at once” or “don’t send an additional payment if what we are doing bothers you”) are, quite frankly, an insult to anybody’s intelligence and a blatant affront. Chase appears to be in deliberate violation of federal statutes and well-established banking and accounting principles. I urge you to investigate Chase’s practices as they appear to be fraudulent, illegal and pose an absolute menace to the public at large.
Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

I, too have had Chase deal with me in a very fraudulent manner. Do something! It is not even against the law for them to hold payments after they receive them... accruing late payments. Help the people you represent instead of your own pockets.Please.

Chase Home Finance, LLC did not pay the taxes even though $5,000 is held in escrow annually to pay insurance and taxes. On 12-14-07, I received a MUD bill (Chimney Hill Municipal Utility District). The bill was faxed successfully to Chase Home Finance, LLC by myself as well as Chimney Hill MUD.
On 12-31-07, the bill was not paid and cannot be claimed on Federal Income Tax Form. Chase Home Finance, LLC gave me the runaround after speaking with several supervisors in the TAX department. On 1-9-08, a single check payment was supposedly sent to MUD, as payment was not sent on an electronic tape.
On 1-18-08, I received notice from Harris County Tax office advising that the county taxes have yet to be paid.
On 1-18-08, I checked all taxing entity websites and ALL, Harris County, Cy-Fair School District and Chimney Hill MUD REFLECT ZERO PAYMENT MADE FOR 2007 taxes.
I have written a qualified written request letter to Chase per RESPA, along with copies to Federal Trade Commission, Office of Thrift Supervision, HUD, Texas Attorney General, Office of Comptroller of Currency, and all other available federal and regulatory departments that oversee fraud, ALL TO NO AVAIL.
The state property laws in Texas still make the homeowner responsible for tax payments even though the mortgage servicing company has held funds to make these payments.
This is outright THEFT and egregious fiduciary violations, that a mortgage company can collect payments for TAXES but REFUSES to pay them.
What good is RESPA when HUD will not take action against a mortgage servicing company NOT PAYING TAXES ON TIME to avoid property liens when the ESCROW ACCOUNT holds the funds??
I sincerely hope that someone in government will finally represent the people and take a serious action towards mortgage servicing companies that commit FRAUD.

Chase had 2 months of payments in my escrow account. I tried for almost a year to get them to take the surplus from my escrow and reapply it to my account and now I am in foreclosure. They held my payments as well. The did a loan modification for us and we are trying to get ends to meet in order to make the payments. They did a work up on our income and bills we pay. I don't understand how our work up states that we can afford this amount. Now our payment must be sent by certified funds or they will be returned. We were trying for about 2-3 months to get a loan modification and they sent our mortgage to forclosure instead of talking with us. Right after we sent our answer out to the state of New Jersey and Chase's lawyer they finally called us to set up the modification. During all the times that we tried to contact them they never had the records in the computer. Even paperwork that we sent through the mail and faxed to them was not recorded. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Thank you!

WE ARE MORE THAN JUST A NUMBER IN YOUR DATABASE.These issues need to be looked into deeply. I just saved my house from a foreclosure but it took me and many other agencies like the FTC, Department Of Commerce, Attorney General and the OCC 12 weeks to get answers they would not give me personally. I almost hired an attorney to go after them because the situation was so obvious that they were misleading us to delay time in order to drive up more cost. I recorded and had monitored most of every conversation I had with this business. I believe they are deliberately confusing their many clients who are struggling with their payments thus using this confusion to gain the house. It wasn't until I had a letter written to the CEO and CFO of Chase that things began to proceed faster. I have family members who work for banks and who know how to word things. It shouldn't take this to get answers. It shouldn't take this many people to pressure Chase Home Finance LLC just to get the truth we are due. At the end of the whole ordeal, we ended up paying $8500.00 to bring every thing current. We later had the attorney fees waved but they just rolled it into the loan and said we didn't have to pay that month. Slap in the face. When I look into my children's eyes, I think about how this business has destroyed other families like mine and are still on their conquest to destroy more and you're letting them get away with this. I think about how they are in the business of destroying a generation willfully or through foolishness. Either way, they are CLEARLY doing this. Our leaders can't be that blind. Their practices hide in the realm of obscurity and with the wind of the peoples voices getting heavier, the fogginess of deception will one day be made manifest. The issues of corruptive practices with these lenders are still held in silence even by news agencies....WHY? If you know about these things and continue not to use your "Power of influence" then the people will say "Blood be on your hands". These issues are posted all over the web and are simple to research. What are you doing to protect your fellow citizens? I hope this issue will become a thorn in the side of the ones who have the power to change it. These are the REAL issues and we COMMAND an answer. It's time for business practices to regain a moral standard. It's time to listen to the people. It's time for you as leaders to protect the state of Minnesota from these modern day thieves in business suits. Keep them out of our state if they have a record. I am waiting for the day when the people start marching and stand at the capital doors demanding justice. I am waiting for the day when these issues that remain in the shadows become manifest and the people see them for what they are, Immoral. I'm waiting for the day when the people wake up from the slumber of being ignorant and will no longer tolerate this type of threat to there liberties. J P Morgan Chase etc. has lost it's good name among the simple and I pray all that is stored up to bring the people justice will be dished out in full measure to this business because AGAIN it's been caught with it's hand in the money jar due to greed. This is nothing new. They have been caught before in scandals.

Several friends and acquaintences have lost their homes and many more are in immediate danger of losing theirs even though each one is employed and most not behind on mortgages. Those with sub~prime loans are particularly vunerable and without options to save their homes. I too have been a victim as part of there business processes, but this is what I learned. You are a customer of hundreds of thousands. You are now a number, part of an algorithm in their systems that has rules, to which majority like outsourced customer care doesn't care or know, but simply abides by them. Consumers have little impact on the effectiveness of the corporation's operations. Their stock continues to climb, their mergers, their buy outs, the top tier moves forward, with little regard or concerns to those that are under the lower end of the wing. However, consumers empower them. But as well, consumers are obligated to them. The only way to lessen the power of the corporation is to unite in the thousands to withdraw your bank account, make life changing events, and change your financial institution. Of course, they know that takes time, and while you change, the next consumer is blinded by their creative marketing and stature in the industry.
Through my investigations of my issues, I have monitored them through Google.com/finance and watched their stock trending, in comparison to their news releases and researched many issues consumers have faced over the last several years. I am compiling research of the company's statistical trending and the effect of their size to their ability to provide effective services at their size. A company that dominates buy outs and mergers, and collects more and more consumers will inevitably have flaws in logistics to manage those consumers, and thus forth the consumer becomes a victim as part of the company's greed and growth and inability to effectively provide the service to the consumer.
I believe in this day and age, consumers can change the face of a corporation. Consumers changed the way AOL did business by exploiting the customer service call over the web. A consumer of Sony, exploited Sony's tactic of putting spyware on their cd's and movies, costing them 25 million in a class action. So, it will just simply take the right voice and the right findings to exploit Chase.
In the meantime, keep doing things like this, and withdraw from doing business with them and spread the word!

Chase Home Finance is the most corrupt business out there. They give wrong payoff figures and do not refund the extra monies; they lie; they tell you to postdate a check AFTER you have requested a payoff figure. They say if you don't do that, they have the right to foreclose. They are totally uncooperative and take days to provide a payoff figure so they can continue to accrue per diem charges. I had to open an OCC complaint before they would give the payoff amount. And, the worst is...they put a negative on my credit report for late payments from Nov, 2007. I paid December 2007 and january 2008 on time. But, when the account was paid in full in the end of January, 2008, they submitted another negative to the credit bureau for the same lateness from November. My credit score was 724 before I got involved with Chase.
Thank goodness I am done with them. They continually gave me the impression that they wanted to foreclose.

my mortgage slipped into fore closer and the total amount i owed was $7048.00 so i paid $6000.00 and was forced into a repayment plan with chase, the repayment plan is $445.54 more then my regular payment and is for 10 months. i have 3 months left on this plan, i have sent letters and made 12 phone calls a month to a Yolanda Moore at chase home finance in the home owners assistance department, fist i asked why i had to pay $4455.54 for a $1048.00 difference this Yolanda Moore told me "because i said so and if you don't i will reject your $6000.00 payment and fore close on your home." so i asked her for a copy of my payment along with ledger stating what i owed and what the fees were because i wanted to know what i was paying for she told me she didn't have to.so after calling these people a hundred times i find out that they have lost all of my escrows and they are telling me i am negative so i have sent them every document i have showing them that i actualy still have over $4000.00 in my escrows even after they paid my taxes and insurace, there reply was "after a careful review of your escrow account, your negative balance in your escrow account is valid." so i asked how they could lose my money and tell me i owe them when i gave them a copy of all the money i paid into escrows and a copy of all the paid property tax bills and a copy of all the paid insurance bills and a copy of all moneys paid into escrows at closing there reply was "the title agency must have lost it take it up with them." now if that was the case don't you think chase would have contacted me then rather then wait 2 years later to say oh we never recieved your money from the title agency further more that is the title agency they sent me to and i have never heard of such a thing that the title agency lost all of some ones down payment. all i hear about is how every one is losing there homes because no one makes there payments and the banks are suffering bla bla did any one ever stop and recall this one brief phrase that our parents would
say to us when we were little " NOW YOU KNOW A 1000 PEOPLE CAN'T BE WRONG AND 1 PERSON BE RIGHT SO WHY DON'T YOU THINK ABOUT IT?" how many home owners are loosing there homes because the banks are loosing or stealing our money? and is it possible the banks are pulling the wool over everyones eyes and turning fore closer into a market because you don't purchase a house at fore closer you purchase a house at market value after the bank paid some one to paint it all 1 color and lay new carpet. how long has this been going on for? fore closer has been going on for ever yes but if these banks were realy not stealing from us home owners and millions of people are loosing there homes wouldn't these banks be broke? and wouldn't these PMI companys be no longer existing? i don't know about the PMI companys but i do see some of these banks just getting bigger and bigger. then every once in a while i hear some crap about how some bank is being investagated right and were all suckers. nothing every changes and we all just keep losing more yet i don't see any of you going with out i invite you to live a day of my life and i am certin you would shoot yourself, see most of us lower middle class worked our buns off to get a small home in a nice school district for our kids and for fun we mow our grass and do our laundry on our 1 day off a week. i think you people that we voted in office would be able to solve the problems in this country if you actualy knew what we live like and how we feel and the felling of OH MY GOD WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO felt like. then again why would you care nothing directly affects you now does it? the twin towers did you feel what being burnt felt like?nope this stupid war do you feel what it's like being shot ,blown up, or what it was like to loose a spouse that you couldn't wait to see after them being gone at some stupid war where it is never going to change? nope. you don't know what real life is sure mabey you visit but you have never lived it not even a day try it some time and mabey you will be a little less stupid. hope to see you soon in the real world my home is open to you any time and we will always welcome you.

Of all the creditors i have had to deal with CHASE HOME FINANCE HAS BEE A NIGHTMARE. I do mean nightmare where nights i did not sleep because I was afraid I was going to lose my home. Got caught up in the sup-prime lending mess with them. My hours on my job were reduced. With house payments going up every 6 months and hrs reduced tried to work out something with Chase to keep my home. They recommended me to Loss Mitigation Dept. Sent in all info needed and after 5 months of waiting they denied me. Now I am stuck with high mortgage payments and CHase has ruined my credit reporting late payments every month. Now I am unable to refinance. They have even given me foreclosure threats. This company is into predatory lending and needs to be STOPPED.This comment has been reported to the site manager. My wife and I were victimized by Chase Home Finance over the past several years after they bought out Bank One who was the mortgagecompany we originally refinanced with several years ago.
They claim to have received payments late even when they receive
them well in advance just so they can destroy your good credit
and charge all kinds of late fees that they pocket directly.
They advertise on TV as being this high spirited lending institution
that customer satisfaction is their priority when in reality, the only
concern they have is to steal from the consumer. The ironic part of
the whole greedy organization is that they actually convince their
own employees that what they are doing to their customers is actually
justifiable.
We fell into arrears on our monthly payments in April of 2007 due to
a temporary disability condition I was diagnosed with and were no longer
able to meet our monthly obligation so we attempted to sell the home
last summer to no avail as we couldn't get any bids on the house with
everyone claiming that the price was too high but Chase could never
seem to give us a proper payoff amount. Each time we called them the
amount was thousands of dollars off from the previous quote and way
out of the price range that people were willing to pay for the home that
I had possession of for nine years.
We attemped to rent the property out as we were relocating out of State
but Chase said that in order for us to rent it, we first had to catch up
our arrears which was about 6 months of payments and I was still
unemployed at the time so that option was out even though we had
someone willing and wanting to rent the property at our asking price
but Chase refused to work with us so we could eventually get the payments caught up and possibly sell the home later on. Once we moved
out of State, we had to turn off the utilities leaving it impossible
to show the house by realtors so the house sat vacant and cold in sub-zero temperatures the past few months. We received notice that the home
was scheduled for auction on Feb. 20, 2008 but on the 19th, Chase called
us and said they were required by law to contact us to try to keep us in the home. They rescheduled the auction for the 28th so we called a local realtor back there and had him go look at the property and he said
not only could he get a certain price for it but he even had a potential
buyer in mind. He called Chase and informed them that he could get the
property sold for this certain amount which would be more than the payoff amount and Chase refused to work with him. Even refused to accept
a "short sale" purchase as they were only interested in refinancing the property with us and with me not working full time, we couldn't afford
the payments on a home we weren't living in any longer so they decided
to let the auction go through that next week and ultimitely wound up
buying the property back for well below the payoff amount and now they
want to stick me with the remaining amount of $52,000 when they could
have let the realtor sell it or buy it and pay the entire loan off.
The lady at Chase informed me that this is how an auction works and they are entitled to retrieve their losses from me even though they can
easily resell the property and recoup their losses at a potential profit. I explained to the lady that I had over $60,000 of my own money
invested in the property that I will never get back and I surely am not
going to pay them an additional amount of $52,000 in a repayment plan
that I will never benefit from so we are now in the process of filing
bankruptcy to try to alleviate the entire situation losing all the credit I tried so hard to build over the years.

Re: Loan #23286271

To Whom It May Concern:
First and foremost, I'd like to start off by saying that Chase Home Finance LLC is the WORST banking institution that I have ever dealt with. I have been a homeowner since July 1970 and have dealt with many mortgage companies/banks ever since but you are the worst. Your record keeping is TERRIBLE!
My 87 year old Mother, before she developed dementia, use to say that she felt the people in the offices were on drugs. That's how bad she found services and inefficiencies to be. At age 67, I am inclined to agree with my Mother. Having spent my 30 year career with the Federal Government with the last 25 of those years operating computers and making financial disbursements, I feel well qualified to come into Chase Home Finance LLC and assist in their daily operations, correctly.
I have since sent numerous emails to them and letters but they have done nothing to correct their inaccurate records.
I don't see how the US Government can assist such an incompentent institution and allow people to be foreclosed on because of THEIR ERRORS!
Although I am current on my 2 mortgages, they are INCORRECTLY showing that I am 2 months in the arrears. Here in Georgia (a non-judicial foreclosure state, one only has to be 3 months behind before foreclosing).
Bare in mind, that I am 67 and my Mother is 87 with dementia. I am retired from the US Customs service and my Mother from the City of New York. Where do we go if we are put out?
I don't have the energy to make another move.

I am a victim of Chase Mortgage's practices in deception and unethical practices. I have been looking for a group of people that could help strengthen our cause. Tired of being one low voice against Chase Mortgage. Chase is a Bully and they lie. We have asked on several occassions if they had a loss mitigation department ... we were advised no that they did not. Our situation of lies, deception and unethical practices has had us upset. There seems to be no help when you are one low voice. There is a reason why they have a F rating on the BBB. We will continue to try to get our voices heard... thought that it would be nice if the government could help expedite the process.. before they hurt more people who do not have the ability to fight. This comment has been reported to the site manager. To Whom it may Concern :
We have been home owners for 10 years. We originally purchased our home in August 1998, since that time we have paid over $140,000 toward the purchase of our home, which was originally purchased for $103,619. We refinanced to an ARM in 2004 to $136,000 and that mortgage was later sold to Chase Home Finance. We are now in danger of losing our home to foreclosure. While we take ownership of the fact that we have had trouble paying our mortgage over the past few months we believe that we would not be in foreclosure today if it was not for the poor business practices and communication of Chase Home Finance.
My husband was then laid off in October. We knew at this time that this could cause us financial problems and shortly after begin the process to attempt to refinance. In November we were denied and we were unable to make the November and December payments. We did contact the bank in December to speak with them about possible payment arrangements and they referred us to loss mitigation. At that time we were pre-qualified for loss mitigation assistance. The loss mitigation specialist we were working with, Kristina McFadden, advised us that we would not be approved unless we were 90 days over due and advised us not to make January payment if we wished to be considered. We assumed they were giving us sound advice and proceeded as directed.
In February, we were told we were pre-approved for loss mitigation assistance and while we were waiting for this process to take place, we entered into a re-payment agreement with Chase which would basically allow us to put off the extra payments until June, by which time we expected the loss mitigation refinancing to be completed. We made payments as per the agreement in February, March, April, and May. In March, we also submitted a payment for January (the payment was short about $150) in our attempt to bring our account as current as possible. The documentation attached shows this information.
At the end of April, we received a letter stating that our loss mitigation assistance request had been disapproved. We went back to the bank and Ms. McFadden stated that she didn’t understand why we were disapproved and would resubmit. At this point, we began to feel in imminent danger of losing our home and so put our home on the market. We continued to make payments as arranged.
Also, during this time, there was an error with our home insurance company, who had over charged us by about $1000. We got with the company and corrected the error and, in January 2008, even change insurance companies – reducing our annual payment by $1400. Both the new insurance company and we contacted Chase, but they refused to reduce the payment or escrow account until our account was current.
In June, we went to the Chase branch to make payment and they would not accept payment because there was a code on my account saying they could not because we were in loss mitigation. We than called Chase from home who stated they would remove the code because we were no longer in loss mitigation. When we went back they still had not removed the code so we finally mailed a check with the payment on 6/5/2008. It was returned to me on 6/21/08 stating it was returned due to the fact it had to be certified funds. When we attempted to then go to the bank and pay this with certified funds, they refused to accept the funds saying that there was a flag on our account and that the account was in full foreclosure. They stated they could only accept the full amount of the mortgage. We began looking for a lawyer at this point and on 7/2/2008 we retained Mr. Michael Herbert to represent us in this matter. We received written notification of the foreclosure on 7/7/2008.
Throughout this process, especially in the last few weeks, Chase has refused to discuss the situation with us. We either get people saying they can’t discuss our account because of the flag or we get transferred from one department to another until we get voicemail or a notice that someone will call us back, which does not occur. We have turned the matter over to our lawyer but feel this formal complaint is necessary as the poor communication and advice from Chase employees is what has us now in a situation where we may lose our home over the next couple of months.
At this point, we would be willing to work with Chase to either refinance through the loss mitigation program or to move the missed payments to the end of the mortgage, as these were some of the alternatives we originally were led to believe were possible through the loss mitigation plan. As we have now had to obtain the services of a lawyer, unless Chase pays lawyer fees also, it is going to be very difficult to both pay the lawyer and catch up on the payments. We do still have our house on the market and will end up selling if we can get a buyer in this housing market. Even if this occurs, we still believe the additional charge that Chase has added due to the foreclosure proceedings should be waived at payoff.
Most importantly, we believe Chase’s business practices should be investigated also to ensure other homeowners don’t fall into the same trap that we have been immersed in. From searching the internet, we feel that we can safely say that we are not the only ones having mortgage issues with this company nor the only ones who feel Chase is responsible for increased foreclosures. We would request that Chase’s lending practices would be closely examined for both legal and ethical practices. Thank you for looking into these issues. I am looking forward to your response.
Sincerely
Peggy Rounds

CHASE STEALS AND LIES!!!In April of 2007 we went into foreclosure and we set up a payment plan to get caught up. We were fortunate enough to pay off the total amount which was over $21,000.00 by August 7, 2007 two months ahead of the payment plan. So according to our payment plan we were supposed to have been paid through October 2007. I called repeatedly to ensure that our payments were posted. We were jerked around repeatedly and told by numerous customer service representatives that our payments would take two weeks to be posted to our account. Then the last week in September 2007 we received a call from Chase the representative Tom said, "People like you don't pay your bills. You need to remember I have control over your account so you better be nice to me." When I requested a manager for two days of phone calls there was never a manager around because they were always in meetings. So in October 2007 we had to hire a lawyer to find our missing money. They refused to acknowledge our attorneys authorization to release information because they had a special form that never existed. When our attorney finally got through to them it took him two months of trying to sort the mess out which meant paying for our attorney instead of our mortgage. Once again we fell into default. The only thing left to do was file a BK to save our home. We followed our attorneys rules to this very day. Two days ago we received our July 2008 payment returned us telling us our home was in foreclosure. When I called Chase I was hung up on twice, the third call the man said your in foreclosure and we have no record of ever having received your July payment. I told him I have a letter from you company refusing my payment. He said well it's probably not from us. I hung up tried another phone number and the lady told me that there was no record of them having received our July 2008 payment so she doesn't understand why we would get our check back with a letter. I then faxed her a copy of the cashiers check, letter and overnight confirmation receipt. I then called to ensure she received the fax and told me to go ahead and send the payment back via regular mail because obviously it was their error because there are no codes for not accepting a payment or our BK that was confirmed in June2008. I told her I will send it just like I did earlier in the month certified so I can track the delivery. She advised me that it was unneccessary since she already noted our account. Chase lies and steal from customers just so they can foreclose on a home for no reason. Why would they want a home that someone is willing to pay for?

My husband and I are in our 50's and also victims of Chase Home Finance. Our mortgage payment went up $700 in July of 07. (From $2700 to $3400) We managed to pay that until Jan or Feb. of 08. My husband is a truck driver who owns his own truck. When gas prices soared, our income declined. We went into "modification" with Chase the end of Jan. 08. My husband called numerous times during this process. He would leave message after message and not receive one returned call. It took a long time before he finally got a real person. He was told not to make any payments, we were still in "modification" and to work on paying our other bills, which we did. He was also told it would take approx. 90-120 days for the modification process. (At first we were told it would take 6-8 weeks) We were never contacted by Chase, my husband would call them every few weeks to check on how things were going. Of course no one would answer and my husband would leave messages to call him and of course, no one called! We finally got a letter in June stating that our payment would go down slightly. Our interest rate went up 3% last July and they only dropped it 1.5%. The letter stated that the new payment would be reflected in our next billing statement. We assumed it was the result of our "modification". My husband tried calling to find out what we had to do, since he was told by one woman that we would have to pay a "portion" of what we were behind (sort of like a closing cost). He finally reached someone on Aug. 12th, asking what the next step was. He was informed that our "modification" was denied July 31st. and that we were in foreclosure and that our sale date was to be the 14th! WHAT??? We were NOT notified of this decision via phone nor mail. I then called to find out what more we could do to save our home. I was told we could go into "modification" again. I then asked if we should send any money to start trying to catch up and I was told no. If and when this "modification" went through we would have to pay ALL of our back payments PLUS attorneys fees! That would add up to approx. $30,00.00! If we had that kind of money laying around we wouldn't be in this mess! So now we re-applied for "modification". It took them 6 months to do the first one. Now we have to wait longer? This is ridiculous. Our credit is shot, we can't refinance with anyone else because of course Chase has turned in lates to the credit bureaus. We don't want to lose our house and will take any steps necessary to insure this doesn't happen. By the time Chase gets through another "modification" we will probably need $60,00.00.By the way, every time my husband talked to someone, he would take their name and would ask for that same person each time he called. Well, he NEVER spoke to the same person twice. Each person he talked to gave him a different story. As far as I know, none of those people he spoke to were ever rude to him, but every person who works for them must have their own set of rules. Also when I tried to call them the first time I was asked for my loan number by the automaton. I would dial it into the phone and get the response, "I'm sorry, we can't help you. Please hang up." And the phone would disconnect. Does that sound like a financial institution that cares? I totally agree on the class action suit. Sign me up!!!! I also agree that the government should investigate Chase's financial practices. This kind of thievery shouldn't happen in the USA! We can't start over at our age. If we were 30 years younger we might have time. We don't want to leave this legacy to our children.

I have first hand experience with the fraudulant practices of Chase Home finance and am losing my home due to their lies and rudeness. They told me they could help me until I stopped paying my mortgage so I stopped and now they are taking my home. I have tired to get them to work with me for over a year and half and they won't do it. They pretend to be offering me solutions but no solutions have been reached except foreclosure. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Mr Congressman,The reason I am writting to you is that we are residing in the property listed above but are facing a foreclosure attacks from Chase Home Finance LLC. we were self employed for while and faces some economic challenges and are unable to pay our mortgage due to the fact that: the payment is close to $2000/month and the loan is now adjustable, plus this was subprime loan, teh house is in SUrprise and only worth $146,000 and our loan prinicpal is $223,000, the house is at 1550 sqft.
Due to a lost of wages, we were unable to pay our Mortgage according to the term of lons. to remedy the situation, my wife we both are working, I myself work now two jobs, and we now has enough income to remedy teh situation but yet Chase will not help us.
I was asked to fax tej following documentation for a loan modification:
Two years of tax return, one month of paystubs, one month of bankstatement and a hardship letter. this total about 71 pages and cost me $71. i called chase they first said they never got the paper work, then said they have got and it is in process, a week later they told me teh file is incomplete, i aksed them what else they need? they told me to call within 48 hours. i called they said they dont have any answer for me, i asked to speak to a supervisor, they transfer me to a voice mail, i left a message to mr "L" in loss mitigation, I never get a call back. I called again, they told me that we need a payment plan, isaid great, how did we shift from the loan modification to the paymen plan? the guy name is Gary, told me sir if you dont want get out of the house and good bye. I called back and ask for a supervisor, no one would trasnfer me, i asked that lady on the phone is this how you will treat your customer eventhough we are facing a tough time? she didnt say a word . she then told me to call dedra at 972-443-0225, i called her five times and left a messages she never rtn my call as i was told she is the one in charge for our loan.
Dear Congressman,
I explain to Chase that we love our house , we dont want to lose it as our financial situation has improved , we want to stay in our house, as a foreclosure will harm our financial future plus the house will be sold at $70,000 below the value which will benefit other. we need to stay in our house but the lender wont help us they dont even want to talk to us, no return phone calls is being done. please speak for us to chase home finance executive to work with us toward a loan modification plan to lower our monthly payment and interest so we can stay i n our house. their payment plan will bump our mortgage up to $2500 plus more, we want to afford our payment. please we beg you to make some phone calls on our behalf as I have a family and cant afford moving away from our house, we are the victime of this crisis, this is our first home, we never refinance it as the market collapse two month after we move in.
please feel free to contact me at 480-276-8277 , our house is schedule

I have been going through a similar issue with CHASE. My loan was modified in September 2008 to maintain the same interest rate I had the prior 3 years. In October I sent the October payment due and ever since then the money has been sitting in "suspense funds", whatever that is. I have called Chase at least 15 times; talked to my loan specialist, customer service reps. and supervisors/managers who have not done anything to help. All they have done is pass the blame back and forth with no real action. As a result I've had late payments on my credit report which dropped my score from 659 to 592. I'm also disputing that. I sent a letter to Chase's Customer Care Research Dept. to clear this up on 11/6/08 and still nothing. I have received two letters from Chase 10/25/08 and 11/5/08 asking me for money they already have in "suspense". I refuse to send them anything more for October. And they also had an additional $675 already in "suspense" from my loan modification.Last week I submitted a comlaint through the BBB. Chase is supposed to reply by 12/9/08; we'll see if that happens and if they actually correct the error.
In the mean time after reading all the complaints against Chase on this site as well as ripoffreport.com and complaintsboard.com I wonder if I'd be foolish to keep sending them money they won't apply to my loan and end up in foreclosure anyway, like some of the other horror stories I've read. This has got to stop and I am willing to fight along with anyone else who needs their voice to be heard.
Below are a list of people whose names I noted that I've spoken to at Chase so far...
Tara Calsaretta-Loan Specialist
Enriqo-Loan Specialist
Elise Klaver-Supervisor
Sam Schouten-Supervisor
Rhonda Lee-Supervisor
Angilique Maya-Manager
Virginia-Customer Service Rep.
and at least 10 more Customer Service Reps. whose names I did not write down.

I am trying to switch the due date on my Mortgage with Chase, due to a job change and different pay periods I am unable to pay my mortgage until the end of the month instead of the 1st of the month. Chase refuses to change the due unless I refinance, however I am not falling for this trick of refinance. Chase only wants to be able to get money for closing cost and raise my interest rate. So instead I have to continue to pay a late charge every month and have the late pays affect my credit. But I stay consistent with my payments (although considered late) and I pay the late charge of $42.50 each month. The unwillingness of the Banking Industry to work with consumers is definitely unacceptable in this time of Economic Recession. The banks and mortgage co.'s will find that they will lose more with their unwilligness to bend. They are a major factor if not the primary reason why the Economy is in the current situation, and yet their greed continues. Consumers have had enough of being mis-treated and then having to pay the price for these corporations greed. I believe the new Executive Administration coming into the White House has had enough of the greed and I strongly believe the time has come for honest consumers in need of assistance to be
assisted. We are not asking for anything free, Consumers must band together to make this change!!!

This is a great PR article for people to invest in Chase CompaniesPeople are dying to be Chase customers.
Lawyer: Predatory lenders drove woman to suicide
LISBON - A family grieving the loss of a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a sister decided recently to share their story about an alleged predatory lending scheme - a scheme their lawyer said left Betty J. Lipply so despondent she killed herself last month.
The 72-year-old East Palestine resident had just received a second foreclosure complaint for property she owned, about two months after her adjoining property on state Route 14 was sold at sheriff sale.
Attorney Robert Holman of Cleveland said it's all she was thinking about on Jan. 23 when she talked to one of her sisters and her daughter. On the morning of Jan. 24, she walked into her garage and hanged herself with an extension cord. She had been married 52 years to her husband Robert, had a daughter and three sons, three grandchildren and four sisters.
She also had a mortgage she couldn't afford, which Holman blamed on mortgage brokers, lenders, appraisers and title insurance companies in a counterclaim and third party complaint he filed this week in the 2009 foreclosure action against the Lipplys.
He's not seeking a wrongful death claim, but said he's going after the companies he alleged helped create the path to financial ruin the Lipplys found themselves following when they decided to refinance their home in 2004. The claims were filed against Chase Home Finance of Columbus, Lake Erie Title Agency of Dayton, North Coast Capital Funding Inc. of Cuyahoga Falls and SML Corporation of Hudson.
According to Holman, the Lipplys originally lived in East Palestine, moved to Florida and then decided to come back to Ohio. They moved into a two-story home on a 3-acre plot on state Route 14 in May 2002 and then in 2004, they decided to refinance their mortgage debt so they could transform an outbuilding into a one-story dwelling where they could live and then rent out the original house. They split the property into two separate properties.
The counterclaim accused North Coast and an appraisal company known as Stefano & Associates of overinflating the value of the home by appraising it at $200,000 when it was only valued on county tax records at $80,000. The Lipplys were approved for a $160,000 no-income, no-asset loan for 30 years at age 68, meaning they had to show no proof of income or assets. Once all the various fees were attached from North Coast and SML, which had no apparent connection to the loan, the monthly payment came out to $1,100.
Together, the Lipplys relied on a fixed income of $1,600 per month.
The same companies also used what Holman considered an inflated figure for the appraised value of the original home, for $165,000, when the home was valued on tax records at $68,000. In 2007, these same companies put together a second mortgage package on the original house for $126,000.
Holman said information on that mortgage indicated $3,500 worth of income was listed for a job Betty didn't have, alleging the companies "faked their income to make the loan go." The new loan added an additional payment of $1,000 per month for the Lipplys. A foreclosure action was filed on the original property in 2008 for the 2007 loan, with the home sold in sheriff sale for $56,000 to the plaintiff.
The Lipplys tried to sell it, but had to list it for a higher price and had no offers.
When the foreclosure against their current house was filed on Jan. 6, they tried to negotiate with Chase, but the company refused, Holman said.
In the complaints, he made claims of negligence, corrupt activities, civil conspiracy, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and negligent infliction of emotional distress. He said part of the problem was the fact that all the companies were involved in business together, no one was watching out for the Lipplys.
He admitted the Lipplys willingly signed the mortgage documents, but he said they weren't in an equal bargaining position and the deals weren't fairly presented to them. They also thought they were going to have renters in the other house to help pay the mortgage. For awhile, they did have renters, but he said they damaged the home and left. The companies should have known "that the Lipplys were being induced into entering a loan that was not in their best interests," the lawsuit said.
"That era of trust is over. The idea that the market will protect me, that era is over," Holman said.
Sherrie Blum, Betty's daughter, of Darlington, Pa., said her parents grew up in an age when trust was placed in bankers and other companies. They were taken at their word. She accused the banks of taking advantage of the elderly.
The loss of her mother has been devastating for her father, but the family's working together to work things out, to help him and to console each other.
"I just want people out there to realize there are loan companies and banks out there who will take advantage of you and I want people to know this so this doesn't happen to another family," Blum said.
Holman said it may sound self-serving, but one way for people to protect themselves is to use legal help before they sign a deal. He said the situation with the Lipply family is just one example of what's happening across the country with foreclosures, hopefully not with the same tragic outcome.

I was told by Chase that I was approved to have my loan "modified" and I would be receiving a new contract and that foreclosure procedings would be stopped yet I continued to get letters from a lawyer. Then today I got a foreclosure notice stuck in my door. I tried to call Chase and all I got was an automated system. When I did get an acutal human I was transfered to someone else and was put on hold four times. two times for 20 minutes one for 25 minutes and the last time for 20 minutes. I did actually ge an answer on one of the tries but was cut off. I called the person who was supposed to help me and could not leave a voice mail because it was full 17 times!!! When I called on the weekend and finally was able to leave a message she did not call back. I did everything they asked. I have tried to cooperate so I wouldn't lose my home. All I have gotten for my trouble is the run around. You can't communicate with an automated system or when you just get passed around from one extension to another. Even the foreclosure lawyer had an automated system and still did not return my call. I am a hard working person and through some bad luck I got behind. I deserve a chance. The chance that Chase promised and apparently has NO intention of keeping. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Thank you!

Chase has jacked my mortgage up by somehow doubling the escrow payments. They claim that I have been short, but yet every year my taxes are paid. They took over from New Century in 2005 and I my payments have gone up ever since. They are now doubled and when looking at my account history, there is a considerable amount of misplaced and/or non accounted for money. Chase's so-called modification plan actually costs me $400 more a month, and yetI pay my mortgage before the 30 days are up each month, scheduling the payment online. They call me two days after the 1st, ignoring that I have a 15 day grace period- harassing me at home and work, even though I have a confirmation # for the transaction online. They tell me their customer service (India) cannot see the online arrangements. So instead, they treat me like a deadbeat criminal even though I have NEVER been 30 days late on any payment. They are out of control in their terrorist collection practices and need to be reigned in and stop harassing hard working people who are paying their mortgages rather than letting their homes go into foreclosure. It's almost like they are encouraging people to foreclose through their harrassment and poor customer service tactics. This comment has been reported to the site manager. Chase has been debiting my account for unauthorized house payments! I pay my mortgage every month on time! I paid over the phone and they debited the amount that I paid TWICE! Since that one time, they have constantly sent the payment back through causing my account to be overdraft and several NSF fees. I have faxed over my statements SEVERAL times only to get "We are researching"... What is to research? I was not late. I authorized 1 payment for the month due and they have been debiting my account every since! They will not send me anything in writing verifying their error so I can send it to the bank NOR will anyone discuss it with me when I call. I get the run around and get the phone hung up in my face on serveral occassions! It's very frustrating because even while my husband was unemployed, I did my best to paid my mortgage. He just went back to work and we don't have the money for them to cont to take out of our account. They don't seem to care. Each time they take that money out, we have no money to even put food on our table or gas in our tank to get to work. But they could care less. It's very frustrating and I am tired of being upset. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Thank you!

I have held up my end of the bargain. I sent in the loan modification request. It has been in underwriting since 3/9/09. I have been making two mortgages payments a month for the past three months and the late charges just keep stacking up. Now they have put my last payment in a "suspense fund" because I have not made my payment in full and the money will remain there until it is paid in full. Meanwhile, I will incurr even more late charges. I am a person not a number or a piece of paper in a stack on the edge of their desk. I should have the legal right to actively be involved in the process of my loan modification request. I deserve respect. I have stayed in contact with them, have made extra payments and have submitted all the paperwork for the modification request. No one is contacting me other than collections. Why should I continue to be content to be processed like cattle in a herd heading to slater? I can't get thru to anyone who can tell me what is happening with my modification request. The underwriting group is unreachable. Chase supposedly prides themselves for "working with their customers" Yeah right! I guess that is why you always here that ever so pleasant recording when you call them....."this is an attempt to collect a debt" not "sorry for inconvenience someone will be with you momentarily"This comment has been reported to the site manager. My home is currently in foreclosure with Chase because they raised our monthly payments(they went from 799 dollars a month to 1100 dollars a month) and could not tell us why and every time we tried to get answers, we were always "in the wrong dept" of their call center and so always after about an hour and a half or so of being transferred around I would get frustrated and hang up. It started when we got a few months behind and I kept calling them to make sure it had'nt gone into foreclosure and they always said: no. You'll get a letter in the mail before that happens. Well, I scraped up all the money and sent it in via web bill pay, but before I did I called them and they said no that it had'nt gone into foreclosure yet so I sent the money. Well, that weekend I was served my foreclosure papers. When i called them a rep told me that it had gone into foreclosure weeks before. So I would have to get with their attorneys and get a reinstatement amount. Well, I did and the reinstatement amount included the six thousand that I had just sent them. Yet, I could only pay the reinstatement to their attorneys and not to them. But, Chase wouldn't give me the six thousand back to send to their attorneys with the reinstatement amount and their attorneys would not accept the money less the six thousand dollars. Because I had just scraped up 6k to send them, I couldn't come up with the 3k that they were claiming I fell short plus the 6k that they would'nt give back to me.(which still 6 months later they haven't sent back yet they claimed that they would because they could not accept it!) I asked the attorneys office ; " since they already have 6k can't I just send you the remaining amount that I owe? But they always said; "No, You have to wait until they send it back and send it to our office with the rest or just come up with 9k and send it too us. Well, obviously I could not afford that so I had to get an attorney who is supposed to be handling the case for me since I can't get anywhere but I have had him for 5 months and Chases attorneys won't return his calls! It's like they are working hand in hand to make sure I don't get my home out of foreclosure! I don't know what to do or where to go, I thought after hiring a lawyer of my own I would get somewhere with this case, but it looks like now I'm just out that money too! This comment has been reported to the site manager. We submitted loan modification paperwork in 2008 and again on 4/7/09. The first time around they closed the file stating no information was sent. Untrue! This time around we've phoned numerous times and have received a canned response that there are thousands of applications being worked through and ours is in that stack. No estimated time on when we might receive a response and basically don't call us, we'll call you. In the meantime our payments have increased by another $300/month and late charges are piling up. My husband lost his job a year ago and we are expecting a baby in less than a month. We are so stressed out at the prospect of losing her home and having no place to go. Our loan was transferred to Chase after we originally financed with the builder and it has been a nightmare since that time. I'm hope can file suit against this company. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Thank you!

After repeated attempts to work something out BEFORE things fell behind, I was able to start the loan modification process in March. It was a 60-day window! Chase KNEW the house was empty and I was living elsewhere. On the 4th of May, I received an offer - short sale, but an offer. Faxed in all the documents Chase told to send in and we'd have an answer on the offer in 10 days. WHOA, that is awesome. On day #9, 10 days got pushed to 30. After several calls and verified info from Chase that it had been sent (BTW, I was foolishly dealing with collections) and expedited on May 13. On June 5, I fax over more documents based on the notes they entered from June 2. Why didn't they call me to send them over? And why now am I sending these straight to loss mit and not collections? So after more calls and transfered again, we get to Day 27 and we are looking at more than 30 days. My buyers are walking on Day 30 and I have done all that you said. I also find out that I am supposed to send the HUD statement. Funny, collections didn't tell me to send that, and when I called to ask why, she didn't even know what it was and it was the first thing on the list!Called around and finally got to someone that explained the scenario to me. Collections gets a referral for every loan mod or short sale they send over. A referral? What? Is, did, collections hold up my documentation for a referral? What is the referral? Is it a bonus, a commission?
I am looking in to the referral program and if there is a bonus or commission paid, then I will not only contact my congressman, but I will look to file a class action lawsuit.

I got scammed by a broker with lies and misconceptions... They say theyre here to help... almost three years Ive gone to bed hoping they die every night. I could write out a paragraph about the hours on end and the promises that were made over the phone from Chase... That would be another waste of time. Good luck. The holly jolly worthless bankers at the top aren't complete idiots. Fortunately, they're overseeing the total asshats that push their contracts. I really wish this wasnt my first experience with my new wife and life out of college. I thought the answer was finding a good deal on a house. They dont tell you how bad a broker can get you. Im just over it... 2 years ago Ida fought the big fight... Im out of steam now. I really hope karma comes to all of themThis comment has been reported to the site manager. I am sick of Chase Home Finance stealing my money, they are doing this to thousands of people and making millions in the process. They have been able to do this because they are lining the pockets of law- makers. Something needs to be done and these crooks should be held accountable for all of the money they have stolen and the lives they've ruined. This comment has been reported to the site manager. I am still fighting them in court. They were dismissed from the complaint on a technicality with an order from the judge for me to file again. They now have a bank that illegally purchased the property as the only property to the law suit. Gather all papers from chase or other mortgage before chase purchased the property. In my case the other bank copied documents that are so dark you can not see what happened. I purchased the home for $40,000 and it is now valued at $300,000. I have to write a book to show you how they do it. I am a criminal justice student over age 60 and decided to investigate. Remember for Chase to have done this for so long others have to be involved. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Thank you!

We were told today by a Chase rep to "let the house go". Are you kidding me! We are about two mortgages away from defaulting, and he said "liquidate your assets" and do a short sale! What!!! A mortgage specialist suggest me to walk from my mortgage! The reps name was Loius Beaz in the Glendale office, his number is 818-548-2280. When I told him that soon I would not be able to make my mortgage, he then very sarcastically said "why not"? I have never been spoken to like this by a company that is supposed to work for me. When I confronted Louis on his lack of customer service skills...he said he's not in customer service!!!! i am hiring an attorney, it's the only thing I can do. BTW, the supervisor is just as bad, her name is Angelica Arrecondo, she can be reached at 818-548-2271. I also contacted FOX news....that were pretty interested on this. Shame on you CHASE, and shame on you Louis Beaz and Angelica Arrecondo in the Glendale Homes office. You were put there to help us, fine job your doing. This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Thank you!

yes chase does ruin people I contacted them when my husbands business went bankrupt to see if we could work something out the girl told me they don't work with people . nice ! needless to say I lost my home I have been trying for months to do a short sale they constantly call and tell me there are leins against the house I have my attorney check and he finds nothing . When I call chase on this they say it wasn't that it was something else, it has been a nightmare . they just want it to be a foreclosure as opposed to short sale. They even had there banks call us to offer us a promotional free checking with $100 incentive, that was only so they could charge our checking account which wouldn't have the money to pay the mortgage, thus resulting in overdrafts from the bank, overdraft charges from chase . they are evil and appears to me fradulant. The world is in a financial disaster and the President says they want to wotk with us. I guess he doesn't have a mortgage with Chase or a clue of what is going on. Lets get them ourselves since it appears the legal system is afraid of there power. We have nothing to lose they already took everything. This comment has been reported to the site manager. My story is too lengthy to add. But I thank God that someone is trying to bring down these Criminals at the top of Chase Home Finance. I inherited my home when I was young after my mother's death. I lived in it over 25 years paid for. I still live in it. After a really dirty divorce from my ex-wife I was left with two son's. We had no car with a heater. My roof was caving in. I took out a first time mortgage, bought a car, put a new roof on, siding, paid off my bills. I was self employed and had to refinance twice to survive. My son's were under the age of leaving them alone after school. Then Chase zooms in and buys my mortgage. I ended up working with a company for nearly two years and then one day they fired me for something I didn't do. I have been on unemployment since April 2009. I don't have to mention how many are unemployed and how hard it is to find a job. I am now 3 months behind. I had a man at Chase tell me I should eat sandwiches and stop eating out to save money. I responded by saying, "How do you know what I eat?" I have been lied to so many times by Chase I couldn't count them all.Enough is enough. My home means everything to me. But as all of you know, there is no dealing with Chase Home Finance. I have no heat, no hot water, no cell phone, no car insurance. The author of this website said, "I think its time we "Took Back our Country". Then I say let's do it!! Count me in! I'm ready to fight!

In general my story is like everyone elses, husband looses job, started modification program w/chase 08/09, just received letter stating they were missing tax returns, pay stubs, bank statements, phoned chase the gentelman told me what was missing, i explained i photocopied the entire packet for my records and that my paystubs were all stapled together, but he was missing one, i find it hard to believe that i guess that one pay stub disappeared, i then explained that the paperwork said only to send bank statements if your self employed ( which were not), and if only asked for your most recent tax return, not 2 years, he told me i should have known better, hey i was following their directions, and of course we only owe 98,000 on our home, and it's worth roughly 170,000, it really makes me wonder what chase home finance is up to.This comment has been reported to the site manager. ~We have been dealing with Chases bologne from day one. We were deceived by Chases Asst. Vice President in our region who claimed he had absolutely no idea as to what our homes' appraisal value was when we purchased it. He would not give us the appraisal before or after we purchased it. He just said, "it is what you think it is worth." What? We bought the home August 2007 anyways trusting Chase's appraisal value which we "never" saw. The Asst. Vice President of Chase told us that we were in a great loan and we only had a day to close on this loan because the banks were becoming insecure with their lending. In January, we signed up for the advertised pre-payment plan which we were again deceived on. We had them automatically with drawl from our account only to find out that we were making 2 mortgage payments in one month to get the program started.WHAT? We could not afford to do that, so we had to hurry and get ourselves out of that program. A month later we found out that our home loan was "NOT" impounded. "DECEIVED AGAIN!" Later, when February rolled around we were surprised to find a County Property Tax bill stating that we owed taxes that had to be paid in April. I called over and over again to Chase asking for help and they could not offer me anything. We ended up having to skip a mortgage payment to pay the property taxes. We just found ourselves in a deep hole after this, trying to play catch up. We contacted Chase again and they said that if we do not default than there wasn't a reason for them to help us. So, we defaulted in hopes they would help us and to our surprise again they could not. We have been going through a loan modification process where they have been dragging their feet for a year now.We were declined twice than accepted, we not only made their 3 trial period payment but 2 more, totaling 5 trial period payments and were declined. Now, we are being forced to foreclose by Nov.19,2009. We cannot believe how unethical this bank is!

Chase has been giving me the run around for months now. I agreed to a foreberance payment plan and they held one of my cashier checks for over three weeks before depositing. Then sent the senator a letter stating that we were late and to their surprise the payment was overnighted to them and they had to sign for it. So who is the liar now. They also will not return phone calls stating that we have not called to begin with when we know we have and to their surprise again. We call from our cell phone so we have record that my wife and myself have called their office on numerous occasions. Someone needs to put a stop to this and the government needs to step up to the plate and do their job and make Chase stop foreclosing on the people who are paying for their houses. This comment has been reported to the site manager. We got behind in our mortgage due to a change in jobs about a year ago. We sent all of our Home Modification paperwork in 06/09. They told us 2 months later it was "under review". We were 2 months behind in our payment but still keep paying so we don't go 3 months behind. Last night my husband called to make a payment and they said they wouldn't take it because we were now three months behind and that we had to make a double payment by the 22nd of the month. We had started paying by phone because we didn't trust mailing it after all of the horror stories about peoples checks getting lost and passed around the country, etc. What I don't understand is these fools are owed money but they won't take payments? Where is the rationale behind that? It's appearing to me as if they WANT to cause foreclosure on people. I read another website that said something about calling the CEO's or Corporate members of the bank instead of the Loss Mitigation and Collections departments because they don't want to have the foreclosures happen. I don't know what to do but we do not want to lose our house. This petition seems to have been going for a long time. I wonder if there have been any bites? I'm sooo ready to take this sorry excuse for a lender down. What ever happened to ethics? This comment has been reported to the site manager. It will be reviewed and removed if inappropriate. Hi; I have a loan with chase and here in brief is what i've had to do "so far".First,i just checked the box here on your site so that my name won't be shown because i'm afraid someone from chase might see it and give me trouble while i'm still trying to fix my loan. That just doesn't sound like America any more, does it! I've tried to get my mortgage modified since 08/08 to reduce the intrest rate and monthly payment.I literaly have 60 phone numbers many 0f which i've called more than once, not even to count the times i was put on hold.I recieved three to five letters/dunns/theats,etc, to send money or they would foreclose per week.It seems their all looking at the same computer files, but no-one knows what to do with them,or you.I can't put my finger on it,but, i believe it's all part of a bigger plan.No company can be that big and be that disorganized/stupid accidentaly. This comment has been reported to the site manager.
